Mountain Valley Hoops movement workshops are hosted by local businesses and organizations around the Portland area. These workshops range from 30 minutes to one hour. Last year MVH partnered with Teton Behavioral Therapy, The Montessori School of the Tetons, Teton Adaptive Sports, Girls Actively Participating, Sweet Peas Preschool, and more! I have partnered with Jackson Hole Live for our third year, so look for me there, and stay tuned for updates on when and where other Hula Hoop workshops can be found.
